looking for someone to sublet my apartment for a period of 6 months, maybe more!

a nice three and a half just 2 steps from the market and the metro Jean-Talon.

I looking for someone respectful.

The apartment is furnished with my household appliances (refrigerator, stove, lav.sec, microwave, toaster, library ...)

There will be some terms to be negotiated.

The apartment is unheated, non-illuminated.

cost of hydro in Summer: approximately $ 40 ..
cost of hydro in the winter for someone who does not heat very much! : 60-70 approximately $ ..
